What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy for products that have been unused. Returns or exchanges due to faulty goods are free of charge. We are not liable for any damages that occur during transport.
Sale item purchases are final and are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Can I pay for my products without a PayPal account?
Yes, PayPal checkout allows you to securely enter your credit card details without logging in.
What are your shipment costs?
Regular Australia Post shipment is FREE for purchases $119 or over. Otherwise, regular Australia Post shipment is $14.90 and express Australia Post shipment is $19.90.
