Shipping Within Australia Only

The Australian Reptile Park currently ships orders to addresses within Australia only. We do not generally ship internationally. However, if you would like to purchase an item that requires international shipping, please contact us at admin@reptilepark.com.au so we can evaluate costs and feasibility. 

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 days of purchase. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or special promotions.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimated by our courier partners and may vary depending on your location. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Australian Reptile Park is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit. Any delivery issues should be raised directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.
